Well piss

Today was all about piss really. My lecture in micro = urinary tract infections, My lecture in anatomy = urinary. One student asked me about drinking pee and I'm like no, let's not but then I get home and in my twitter feed there is this article about a vegan who is drinking his own pee and I wonder did the student see this. My stance is don't drink the toxins your body fought hard to get rid of, okay? (not to mention it often has e. coli from your intestines in it)

Speaking of students I am not impressed right now. SO MANY are writing me to ask what can I do to save my grade? Well Nursing which is sandwiched between the two above mentioned nursing classes was canceled today so 80% of the students didn't bother to come in. Those who did got extra points from me. Guess what none of them are the ones writing me to beg for better grades. What can you do to save your grade COME TO CLASS


Did I mention I'm going to the oddities and curiosities expo I told mom I'll pick her up a skull or something for mother's day. I may have been disowned.

Watching another Buried in the Backyard on Oxygen and I know I mentioned this before but they must have one producer/director who is somehow getting around censorship. Usually they blur out victim photos (to the point I wonder why people include them in true crime documentaries) but a good third of them in this series are NOT blurred. This one has showed the same mummified contorted body three times now. One had eviscerated women that they kept showing the pictures even when it wasn't appropriate for the dialogue and I got uncomfortable with it because it kept lingering on the mutilated breasts/pubic area for much longer than any other episode I had ever seen. The weird part of it is MOST shows including this series do not do that but then you have these random episodes. In a lot of ways I'm good with blurring because friends and family might see these and don't really need to
