the light coming at you IS the train

While it does feel metaphorical I really was wondering what the trio of lights zooming down the hill at me was. Blinded that's what I was and yes it was a train running parallel to Rt 2. I am going to need to remember that arrangement when I get to my second trailer park story.

I went shopping. The comic book store missed one of my pull lists but luckily it was on the shelf. I also bought a book I can't believe I bought but I DID need a forbidden romance for popsugar and it was a local author so there you go, overpriced indie paperback for the win. I'm in Love with the Mothman I'm hoping it's chuck Tingle ridiculous. If not I supported a local author and that feels good.

I got nothing at Macy's (because 30% off sheets when they're 200$ isn't making me want them) as the one shirt I might have wanted was barely to my belly button (who wants a fuzzy winter belly shirt?!?) No jogging pants. Pouts. I need new ones.

Home Goods was ridiculous. I stood in line that had 43 people in it. (It's Black Friday every time I'm in this mall) I bought a cast iron skillet (watch it suck. I should probably go to an antique store and get a well seasoned one), lots of foods I don't need and because I have zero will power, the impulse aisle buy of an Easter decoration, it looks like a chocolate rabbit with a basket filled with foil eggs. What do I go in there for? a pot for my impulse plant buys on Monday. And yes I got that.

Lunch was a bust. I wanted to do hillbilly hot dog but some assholes didn't pull in head first and FOUR cars parked nose to tail over ALL the spots. I ended up overpaying for a shit burrito down by the comic book store (because I was oddly hungry and didn't want to wait to go to the mall food court). It was supposed to be an asian fusion with either golden fried chicken or tofu in general Tso's sauce. It was not Tso's. It was unfried soft AF tofu and barely any of that. It was mostly rice for 15$. Ugh. Also I put in my order, got my water and I went to the bathroom. Came out my glass and silverware were gone. Where teh fuck did he think I went? Won't be back. At least the usual Mexican place I do for dinner was good.

It's funny last night I told Evil Little Dog, Rocket is usually outside when I shower but since I got home after 8 pm and he was out all day, he was in tonight. He sat there, face shoved between shower curtain and the wall and meowed at me the entire time. Goofy creature.
