Hush Dana Hush

I need to hush at work some times. But I found out there were two new majors we didn't even know were being formed, both of which that probably need classes we already have in my department but no one ever spoke to us so I asked about this. Probably not wise but I AM curious, not angry. Hell if the public health major is teaching epidemiology and it's at a high level I'd kick MY students their way. I hate teaching that class. I just wish this school would communicate better. The left hand never knows what the right is doing.

Today I watched an episode of Murder in the Heartland (Field of Bad Dreams s5 e 12) and it's in Vinton OH, about 15 miles from me and half that to work. I have thought about it for housing but after watching this I'm like yeah no. It wasn't the murder. It was the absolute NOTHING to do there and you can just about smell the lack of internet stinking out there. While I don't want to be in town, I don't want to be out there with the bootleg stills and the mosquitos.


Did I mention the Poe-a-tree at the library? No I didn't. For poetry month they have construction paper leaves and want you to write a little poem and put it on the tree. I took a leaf. I need to figure out a poem!

Community recs. How about dick_or_treat? I didn't get anything written yet and might not. I'm rather enmeshed with The Owl House right now and I just don't see me writing porny stuff for that seeing as the kids are 14-16 years old and the fandom is young. I might brush off another of my fandoms if I have time to at least do one.
