packing is going slow

Seriously slow. I don't want to spray paint in the garage or the basement but if it doesn't stop raining I'll have to (it's rained every day for three weeks now). I did get some stuff sorted out and tossed, edits down and that tosed into the recycler and things put in file boxs and other places. Packing sucks. Mom's hitting yard sales buying shit for me because she's watched one too many of those home design shows and has gone insane.

Did get some writing done. Nearly done with Tearing of teh veil. I did finish my original fic short story if anyone wants to read it (got to go see when that thing is due or if I missed the cut off and for that matter, need to find out when the Spring Cleaning ficathon is due or did I miss that too).
