Twelfth Night
Apr. 13th, 2018 11:01 pmI've never seen this one staged. One of my friends at work is a Shakespeare scholar and in the last few years has been staging plays. This one was at the Ariel theater. I've only been once since they hosed us with the Haunted House stuff we used to do there (I truly miss it).
TH and I went to the new Five Star Indian restaurant. It's in the old Brick Tavern and I was immediately enamored of it and the house for sale next door (Yes it's in town but it's gorgeous and yes it's in Gallipolis which always feels creepy like a battle field). There was some of the old bar left in the restaurant and I just loved it. It was a good space. It felt happy if you know what I mean.
I got some of my favorites: sag paneer, papadums and gulab jamun. It was very good but it was pretty tiny portions. Better for lunch than dinner. I definitely see me going back there.
The play was...not bad for amateurs. It was enjoyable. THe theater ghost made her presence known. It was a nice night out.
