And I think tomorrow might be spent at the hospital. Mom's injured toe is about 100 times worse tonight than 24 hours ago. I know it's a staph infection but there is only so much I can do with the tools I have here. I'm also disliking her podiatrist even more. Who the hell has NO answering service. I had an answering service 20 years ago. There is even less reason to not have one now. If I can't knock this down now I'll have to take her to the ER. Sigh. So if you can spare some good thoughts for my mom I'd appreciate it.

At least the father's day party was pretty nice (rain aside) but my sister in law is insane when it comes to food. I think she's channeling MY grandmother. They made smoked wings, smoked chicken breasts, hamburgers, hot dogs, kiebalsa, baked beans, regular salad, broccoli salad, salsa and chips, buffalo chicken dip and chips, hard boiled eggs, shrimp cocktail, strawberry short cake, mini chocolate pies, mini cherry pies, mini apple pies, and lemon cupcakes. Delicious but way too much food.

As for me, I'm almost done editing. I might have my trip closer to booked and I'm in excoriating pain in my wrist (arthritis, it is what it is)
