A non-aggravating day. Here's the thing. I still use an alarm clock because I'm very leery of what the EMF from phones do to tissues if they're that close to you. Anyhow, last night was stormy and the electricity flickering so I put my phone in the room as a back up alarm. No one ever calls/texts me so I didn't turn that part off

730 AM my landlord texts me we'll be there with a fridge and fix the porch this week (naturally because my brother and his wife are coming this week). So I text back immediately, i'm only here on Thursday and Friday please come then, can you? Tell me when. (and naturally this is 1 hour before my alarm so now I can't go back to sleep)

All day NO contact. I try to call from work but my cell says emergency calls only (OMFG what are you doing you piece of shit phone?) So I go all day on a slow burn because a) I'm afraid I'm going to come home to find them here with a big note on the door hey hoarder clean up or get out and b) I have to remove everything from the kitchen any how. (which needed doing)

I get home call. Once again their voice mail is FULL (has been for the last two months) I text them again about my free times and when are you going to be here. I get the note 'ok.' Gee thanks. What does that MEAN?

I clean everything out from under the table, off the counter next to the fridge and off the fridge itself. Tomorrow I'll deal with the kitchen table which I'll have to move god knows where because I can't even put it on the broke-ass porch. Gah.

And then on the day they come I'll have to empty the fridge (which is why I need to be here). At least when I begin to return the moved stuff to the kitchen I'm going to order it into useable meals (and also CoM why the fuck do you have 13 cartons of broth? You need to start making soup.)

Work was no better. THe online class is still a mess, I had to write minutes for a meeting that didn't happen in real life (just online), answered stupid calls and there was too much other nonsense to even contemplate. It's raining inside the building again.

And my right shoulder is hurting again. I hate to say it but I might need to have it looked at. In Dublin I got knocked against a bulkhead on a bus. Ever since it feels vaguely out of socket. I'm wondering if there's a separation since I have the collagen disorder and that shoulder was rebuilt.

"clean up or get out" - yes, that's what I, too, imagine our landlord will say when he gets here to renew the rent agreement :D
