It's been relatively productive
Nov. 9th, 2019 10:36 pmBut I still think I did nothing. I sat about and thought about the fact it's been 30 years since the Berlin Wall came down. I can't wrap my brain around that. I remember Christmas at Macy's that year with then selling pieces of the wall as gifts. It was surreal.
I finished six homework assignments for my classes. All I have left to do to make it through next week is to get their grades from last unit's homeworks. I also pulled down the first six chapters of one of the two microbiology books I'm considering. I also finished my stupid IWRY story, 10 days late. I need to get it edited so I can finish posting it. I'm not entirely happy with it but it's done and that's that.
Now to get on to other projects at last.
Also found things on YouTube to share.
Someone memed the first episode of Prodigal Son (so spoilers if you've never seen it) it's funny though I wish they would have lingered on some of the words because they flash so fast they're not readable.
and then there was this collaboration between Switchfoot and Lindsey Sterling. It highlights the cruelty of some people hiding behind the anonymous nature of social media, allowing them to spit hate (some of it's not so bad, just not liking the groups which is fair enough, others are just horrifying) and I took away from it trying to look beyond the hate.
