Tell me something good
Apr. 8th, 2020 09:43 pmPlease. Today has been horrible. It began with no sleep. Before six this nonsense happened

It dented the shit out of my SUV's hood and the chrome around the windows but it didn't break any (an insurance adjuster will come out.)
I ran out to work to print my ballot request and got into an argument with a friend there. Came home and found out that you didn't have to print it after all and can do it online (which the other link said you couldn't)
But what's the point (I did it anyhow, never fear) because Sanders dropped out and I literally have no choices. To be honest I probably would have picked Biden over Sanders but OMFG some people I know are acting like fucking 2 year old having a tantrum over Sanders dropping out, screaming they refuse to vote now in Nov. I'm like this is how to be part of the problem. I'm disappointed really beyond what I should be.
THen I took out the luggage I store my dress clothes in off season so I could switch them and found that's where the mouse was...after I put the luggage on the bed and am afraid there might be mouse shit on it so stripped that so I can wash it tomorrow. Managed to clean up the mouse nest made out of litter so I know it has toxoplasmosis which makes mice go to cat litter etc because the parasite needs to finish its lifecycle in the cat. I couldn't use the big sweeper in there but I moved it to the other room.
When I came from throwing out the mouse nest, I saw the big sweeper exploded all over the living room floor. NOTHING had been going into the bag. I couldn't even get the bag back on it. Eye rolls. So I'll be buying a new sweeper.
And then I had a sugar attack. So I'm in need of cheering up sigh.

roombapet!
Seattle Symphony has been streaming past performances. (none currently scheduled, but they've been one performance per week, Thursday and Saturday evenings and Sunday afternoons Pacific time.)
and if you're in the mood for innuendo-laden Ren Faire comedy music, "Do Virgins Taste Better & The Dragon's Retort" by Brobdingnagian Bards

Date: 2020-04-09 04:56 pm (UTC)You'd think they'd have learned their lesson during the last presidential election, ffs.
Yikes, that hail! I'm glad nothing was broken, at least.
Ick, mice.

Date: 2020-04-09 05:11 pm (UTC)I just feel that in this case, it's better to do what needs to be done to get him out of office. Biden might not be the best candidate but he's the only one and four more years of Dump and his GOP could ruin the country further. Sigh....
