I took the day off and went on a hike. I've never hiked the trail from the upper falls to Old Man's Cave (I usually start at the cave and hike to Cedar falls and I haven't done that in years). It was a beautiful day and a beautiful hike except WAY too many people. I had to wear my mask for many parts of it.

It was a good day sandwiched between a bad morning and a worse evening. I didn't sleep well, grinding my teeth and dreaming about spiders dissolving my stuffed dragons and biting me. And all that grinding ended up with dessert tonight snapping off one of my teeth. ALWAYS on the weekend and I'm not even sure what my new insurance covers.

No pictures of the cave yet but have some of my last two hikes

That's so beautiful! I'm envying your view right now. I live near Arbia Mountain Park in Ga. I should probably take a hike out there since it is literally down the street from me. I'm glad you had a good walk, but I'm sorry you have to deal with all the rest. It sounds like stress. I grind my teeth a lot, too and they are so weak right now.

Have you tried mindfulness for stress relief?
