I need some help

For my cousins (and brother)

1. My 15 y.o. cousin and my brother (and potentially me, though I'll assume that the idiot who did my colonoscopy and couldn't remember why I was there at least CAN tell a healthy colon from one that isn't) have Crohn's Disease. If anyone knows where I can find some helpful diets for them on line let me know (forget support groups...they're male, it's not gonna happen). I do know about www.ccfa.org

2. My cousin's older brother is starting college. Let's just say he needs academic help for academic writing. Anyone know some good English sites (you prof's out there, any thoughts?)
