But my layout freaked out. On my page the banner is totally off center so I can only see about half of it. When I go to my friend's page, it's fine. ANy suggestions as to how this happened or how to fix it?

And since I know there's some people who read my journal in the afflicted areas of the gulf or people who know people there, if you know of anyone separated from their loved ones and can't find them go here. America's Most Wanted has a website up along with the center for missing and exploited children (there's a few hundred children right now they can't find the families for). There are many reasons I love that show. This is one of them. Tonight was the start of its 19th year. I've watched it faithfully except last year when I didn't get Fox. So far I've known one killer and one victim.

And dear Anxiety, I know it's been a rough week but hyperventilating every time you see a bill or that lawyer letter (even though you know it's just him asking for the paperwork you forgot to send), isn't helping.

I know about layout codes 'cause I did my own layout, but I'm sure you do, too, right? Or know someone who does.

OK, this is weird. When I came onto your LJ, poor Steven was off-center just as you said. Then I full-sized my browser screen, and he centered himself again. Now I can make it go back and forth (centered and not-centered) by clicking repeatedly on the sizing button, so Steven's doing a dance.

I know, I need to get a life.

All I do is take from btvsats_layouts and take their codes. I know nothing. If the codes look scary, I won't even touch them. I didn't touch it this time either. But it's not looking screwy to everyone

And if you haven't gone near the pages where you adjust the layout, there's no reason your layout should be wonky.

You haven't tried to do anything to adjust your layout in anyway, right?

If you haven't, it might be a problem affecting others LJ as well, in which case, their people are working on it and you shouldn't touch it for a few days and see if it goes back to normal.
