Trying to hold on so I'm mostly keeping my ass off the internet or I'll just keep doom scrolling. Work was weird. The Gym was weird. No really. For some reason once again they had teenaged boys working out during school hours and on the leg press someone had it set at 400 pounds. Yikes and they must have been short because I couldn't even get on the damn thing without fixing it. Was Gimli working out at the Y?!?

I got a little guide to Filipino folklore creatures from a Prodigal Son fan I know. He wrote and did the art for it. I'm happy.

The Last Halloween, Book 1: Children by Abby Howard I really liked the graphic novel horror. I hope the library gets the next edition (which I'm betting is pricey as this thing is huge)

A Matter of Hive and Death by Nancy CoCo the resolution of the mystery was a scientific impossibility so bah

Tiger Honor by Yoon Ha Lee and yeah I'm done with this series.

The Shotgun Arcana by R.S. Belcher that I picked up at the steampunk symposium and I am loving this historical urban fantasy/weird west

Light From Uncommon Stars this is so weird and so slow going.
