Today's Fresh Hell

So one of my students comes up to me after class and says I know you've been so busy with all these problems but will you catch up on grading soon?

Me - I only have the tissue thing left. Everything else is automatically in the grade book via Connect

Him - three things from Connect aren't there. Did I do something wrong?

I ask if he went through Canvas (the teaching platform) yes he had. I look and in both sections three homework assignments ARE missing. OMFG. I had assigned them all in one day. they are luckily on Connect. I asked IT if it can be made to synch. If not I get to transfer them all myself. whee.


I don't think I'll be getting my gothic romance story done in time.

This evening a character shows up out of the blue and says aren't I cool character?!? Yes you are. Do you have a plot? Nah, not really. Write me anyway.

Does this happen to anyone else??

The Autumnal (graphic novel) It was a decent horror story

I started rereading Fullmetal Alchemist and it's still 100% love (finished vol 1-2)


What I am Currently Reading:

Our Hideous Progeny Honestly this is boring AF for me. I'm 100 pages in. Nothing has happened. I'm not sure if I'm finishingit.
