bored to death

I had to sit and watch four hours of someone else advising students today. I could have been making up an exam for the students but no. And I've another 5 hours to endure before the end of the semester. Argh. At least I could scribble story while I was going through this.

Had a strange Reynaud's event today, even though it's not that cold. Reynaud's is an acute vasoconstriction of the blood vessels. In other words my feet turned blue and icy and I had to bundle them up. Very curious since it's not cold, like 50's at the lowest but it looks like I was walking barefoot in the snow.

Totally exhausted today. Going to go catch some sleep.

You sound like I was yesterday. Hope you get plenty of rest.

I did a little better today with the writing - up to 16,951. We need to get our muses in gear. They aren't keeping us up enough to get us through the Holiday easily.

I've got reynaud's, but I find it's trigered by stress more than cold.

and it really can be stress too, especially full blown reynaud's. Now that I think about it though, my arthritis hurt so much I took off my shoes and stood on cold concrete for three hours in my socks.

I've got a mildish case of Reynaud's; fortunately it's never been that bad. But mu fingers and toes are permanently whitish once winter sets in.

I figured out why it happened (I was so out of it last night) Stood 3 hours on concrete with no shoes (because I'm intelligent)

I only worry about reynaud's since Ilike to be out of doors in the winter
