Wish List and Christmas card thingie

Since everyone is doing it and I am the ultimate lemming, if you'd like a holiday card pass along your address. All the comments are screened for everyone's safety

Wish List

 Step One
Make a post [public, f-locked, filtered... whatever you're comfortable with] to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ["I'd love a Snap/Hermione icon that's just for me"] to medium ["I wish for ___ on DVD"] to really big ["All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV."] The Important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa ]or one of his elves] could get in touch with you.
Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ so that the holiday joy will be spread.

Step Two

Surf around your friends list [or friend's friends. or just random journals] to see who has posted their list.
If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use-- or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it. Once a wish has been granted, it will be crossed off my list.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

My List

I'm sure I won't have ten since I don't want much and I'm not into having people spend $$$ but if anyone wants to make me these things I'd be so thrilled.
1. icons, you know who I like, Angel, Spike, Dru, Connor, Giles especially
2. if  you want to do a banner for any of my stories that would be amazing . You can find them at our site at Geekgirlz which has a lot of the older ones and you can find the more recent ones at Forever Fandom. Our webmistress is trying to set our autoarchive back up so banners would be pretty.
3. If you're in the story writing mood, again you know what I like. Spike/Dru, Connor and just about anyone, Angel/Buffy, the Fanged Four, Giles/Jenny, Giles historical, Spike/Dawn, Faith and just about anyone, Clark/Chloe
4. for the really talented, I've been dying to see a S3 blowing up the school vid to Alice Cooper's School's Out
5. charitable donations are always welcome

And for everyone I promised to finish those WIPs back in June for the holidays, yeah those will be late. I know. i suck. I just didn't expect it to be so hard to create classes from scratch but I haven't forgotten and I AM doing them.

You don't have to feel obligated to send me anything but I dunno, a little touristy thing about Malta would be cool, like post cards and the such. Can I get something for you?

oooo i want a chrissie card!!!! course, seeing as you were on my list of cards, i was kinda hoping i'd get one from you anyway.......heheheheehe.

I was wracking my brain trying to come up with chrissie prezzie for you, and this list helps...kind of. Are you interested in any of my dvd's that i have? (or are you against that?)

As for christmas, no spending money - christmas is hard enough without trying to come up with money to send prezzies overseas! LOL. What about a fic? Written just for me? Would you be in that? No time limit on it.

YOu can't eat timtams, can you? Are there any sweetish things you can eat?
