My cats love being scratched be my feet, then again, i have some really messed up cats. one of them has a separation anxiety, that she cures by over eating and sucking her tail. Hmm, some cats are just like that. One of my cats just hates being petted by anyone other then my brother. While another bugges you until you pet her, and the other, will just not care, and suck her tale.
