OMG you suck. Okay after I posted the thing earlier today I get ANOTHER call and it's AES again. I say, 'you just called me two hours ago.' Click, dead line. Three seconds later, another call,
AES - 'Sorry ma'am I accidentally disconnected us.'
Com - Yes well phones are tricky (thought) that's okay, but you did just talk to me two hours ago and I faxed the stuff over (said)
AES - I see no record of the fax but I do see we called you.
COM - I just faxed it an hour ago.
AES - oh, well that wouldn't be in the computer yet. Okay, well have a good day
COM - Kiss my ass

FIFTEEN minutes later. They call again.
AES - Dana Evans this is AES
COM - You just CALLED twice, once less than 15 minutes ago
AES - this call may be monitored...(apparently unable to think off the script)
COM - I KNOW THIS I"VE SPOKEN TO YOU TWICE ALREADY TODAY
AES - your loan is... (still on script, she's not to be derailed or more likely is unable to form an independent thought)
COM - Listen, I just spoke to you TWO times today. You are not permitted to harrass me
AES - You're loan is passed due we're allowed to call
COM - NOT this many times, not every 15 minutes. I just faxed you the deferment paperwork for the THIRD time.
AES - going back to the script
COM - Quit harrassing me
AES - still on script but I'm no longer listening because my brain has exploded. I just hang up mid speil

So seriously guys, I did think it was illegal for creditors to making multiple harrassing phone calls. Is there not some kind of fair game rules for this? If anyone knows let me know please. Off to google this topic once I'm done in that living room.
