cornerofmadnessJust when I think you can't suck more, you find a new level of suckage. I was ready to sit down and reinstall my software like you told me to, to fix the problem this dell has had since hte day I took it out of the box only to find that you did NOT send me all the start up discs. In fact you only sent me Word Perfect, the anti viral package I don't use since it's worthless and the monitor disc. There's no start up discs at all.
Oh and thanks for sending my document to the printer in a way I can't even begin to explain but hey, cramming all the paragraphs in to one line per page and then randomnly pulling other lines out to print by themselves was sure festive.
