Hey Stupid, take your asthma medication before doing your yoga. It's hard to do deep breathing while you're gasping like a landed fish.

and hey make that appointment with the orthopedic surgeon NOW while your deductible is all met because your brother's right there is serious impingment of your right shoulder, you know the one you keep telling the doctor that it hurt while you were in FL and he kept saying it was the arthritis in your neck...which doesn't cause impingement. If anything the yoga tape proved to you is that shoulder needs therapy and a doctor who's not a moron looking at it.

And you might want to work on your issues of having your head down and your face covered. Panicking alone in a room just because you put your own face to the mat is well just stupid. You have an anxiety work book, go work it or something.

Never shop for food at the Super Wal-mart again. Two days ago it was the latex glove, yesterday it was the Hormel Pepperoni. Thank your lucky stars you noticed it was GREY and all the red coloring was in a puddle at the bottom of the pouch before you bought it.

Final note - Starbucks's no sugar ice cream is yummy. Buy that again.
