I was a cute baby Dad, what the HELL are you wearing? Yes, that's me.

THIS is why my parents had a water pipe I'm not kidding. They still have that hooka. The smoking jacket is back and that's not mom. That's mom's best friend. Key party?

Graduation Day Check out my 80's hair! I had to dye it for med school interviews. Usually it looked like this but PURPLE. This is my first college graduation. What was up with polka dots in the 80's anyhow.

You have blue torenia! Arrrgh! I wanted blue torenia, but ended up with pink. The blue ones sold out at Lowe's that fast. The lobelia's gorgeous, but it always is. It's a winter plant here in Florida; I have a packet of cascading lobelia seeds waiting to be planted in the fall, along with the black pansies and the sweet peas. If the Black Pearl peppers last long enough, maybe I can do a container planting with orange pansies around the base for Halloween, and maybe a division of the black mondo grass. Gardening is such fun. (How many times did the word "black" appear in the above entry? And does that worry anybody? Knowing this group, probably not.)

The black Peal peppers are slowly gorwing. I killed the black and blood red pansies. That lobelia is supposed to cascade but I think it gets too much sun. That torenia nearly died but one of the two plants in the planter is obviously coming back. I need that black mondo grass. I have some purple lobelia too
