Well if you dont' hear from me in a while one of two things happened a) lightening fried the shit out of my phone lines (which sound like popcorn) b) lightening fried the shit out of my modem (though Earthlink thinks this is not the case and i can't connect because of the bad phone lines because the modem does dial and occasionally connects but doesn't stay that way)
The storm moved in when I was in the tub. Lights went out and even though they didn't stay out (for a change) and I did pull the modem there could be damage.
I might also go to Columbus tonight. trying to determine the weather. The irish festival in Dublin is this weekend (i thought it was in sept. sigh). Solas and Gaelic Storm are both playing, one tonight, one sunday night. Neither until late, late late in the evening. Even if they only played an hour i still wouldn't get home until 1 am or later. I need to download some hotels info in columbus and see if I can spend the night. pouts. if it looks like rain I'm not driving 100 miles for this.
So pictures and what not will have to wait until i figure out what's up with the modem.
