Been kinda quiet mostly because I'm not getting a lot of online time and what I have gotten I've invested into a RPG. (having fun though). If you're wondering why I haven't done any of the meme's you all put up it's a combo of no time and feeling kinda blah. Not bad, just unmotivated.

Yesterday the parents and I went to the 204th Washington County fair, mostly to the see the car cruise. Lovely cars. My favorites had to be the 32 deuce coup, the austin healey and a lovel convertible Ford Galaxie land barge in bright blue with a 429 horsepower ground-pounder in it. Though the 67 Stang was pretty sweet.

We got to see a wide assortment of horses, especially nice the Halflingers and some truly monsterous Percherons (whose ears had to flatten to fit into the stable), lots of lovely lambs and goats, the Jack Russels of the barnyard. What a handful they are. Lots of Black Angus too but I can look out my window and see that. And of course we got cotton candy


Today mom and I went shopping. Picked up some booze, a used copy of Fruits Basket #1 and some weird FB card game. Oh and T J MAxx has some really cool Halloween stuff out.

My first Stang was a '67. Did you get pictures of all the different varieties of horsepower?

And TJ Maxx has Halloween stuff? Must plot to go there this weekend.

I tried to get Mom to go with me to TJ Maxx but we wound up at an antique store instead. *shrug* Came away with two more chairs (I've become a chair horder, obviously).

Oh, my.

I got a rocker that needs to be recovered (it's soooo cute) and another chair that's like a table chair and needs a reed bottom for it - but it has STARS on it. *bounces* Got them both for under $40.00 at the antique store and they may deal with me so I can trade in my harvest table and get a secretary's desk and a wardrobe.
