you've never lived with one. Roy is in a mood that can only be called pissy. He was out all day, coming back around 7 pm. Since then he has growled at me every time I try to walk around the house. Someone is aching to have his fur slapped off.

my student loans which have had my email forever just emailed me for the first time... www.studentloanrebate.com join up (free) and shop on line and it goes towards your student loans. okay we're talking very little money here in the grand scheme of things but i need every advantage i can get.

Bizarre things heard around this week

From my Aunt (with names changed to protect the innocent)
Lucky Uncle and his sister, (My Mom), split the cost of elevated cable service for my 92 year old mother-in-law. (yeah that's my granny) In great health and a mental tiger, she enjoys all the cooking shows and recently told my husband that she really enjoys watching the horse racing channel.......

Then, with a sigh, she added..."I wish I could bet on them!

then at work in the secretary's office/teacher's lounge (again names changed....) Fellow anatomy teacher was telling this story on her father who went to vet school oh I'd guess back in the late 40's - 50's. "all our dogs when I was growing up were retarded. Dad used to bring home the experimental animals from the lab and nothing was ever right with them.'

What do you say to that?

Your granny is a hoot.

And having your pets be mentally deficient is just bizarre.

gotta think of it as them having a home. Anything else just makes me depressed, even if they're long dead.

HEE to the grandmom. Mine finally got me watching a horserace, and it was the one where Barbaro was injured. She told me I was bad luck. >_<

Poor puppies.

"she really enjoys watching the horse racing channel."

Ha! That's what my dad watches. Loves it. Won't bet on it but watches it anyway.

Animal Moods: Cockleburr is pissy as well. She is wandering around the house, hollering. WTF cat??

snort.

Roy had reason to be pissy. Something hurt him. I think he pulled a shoulder or chest muscle

Here I figured that he'd decided to go out with the ladies tonight only to realize that he no longer has adequate sex drive to be Tom of the walk. Thus, his bitchy mood with you. But cats can pull shoulders pretty easily. As I understand it, a cat's shoulder anatomy is completely free floating in that there is not a true joint. No ball and socket, just connective tissue, which is why they are springy and landy... but also sometimes sprainy. Lego sprained his pretty bad a few years ago and had me pretty worried for a couple of days, but then it got better pretty quickly. Not like you can put an ace bandage on it hahaha.

yeah they are prone to it. He's not yelling so much today but he IS out there with his girlfriend right now (trying to steal her food but she keeps chucking him to the ground. I think I'll call her Olivia)

Why not call her Riza hahaha! She's brought him low a few times too.

this is true. She was too skittish at first to be either woman. ROy however seems to have this fatal attraction to her while pretending he doesn't like her
