Well, you got to play with them when they were eensy... don't worry too much... when they are a little bigger (i.e. when they can stagger around on their own a little better) they'll be all over the place. Since Mom isn't feral, she won't likely keep you from touching them, and they already know your scent, so most likely you'll be able to handle them some more so they are pretty well socialized before they go to be adopted. (I assume that's the main reason you wanted to be able to handle them? Or did you just want to play with them. hee!)
Well, then I'm sure once they're a little bigger and more able to smack a dog nose, or run away, that you'll see more of them. By then they'll also be loads more fun to play with and watch than they are as newbies.
Awe, I hope they're alright out there. You provided for them, chances are they'll come back when things quiet down. So it's been my experience with various little critters.
