(this is Pittsburgh PA. I grew up about 25 miles from here and this is where I always went to the party)
May this coming year bring better things than 2008. The best of health, wealthy and wisdom to you all.
My resolutions: as always improve my health, do more with my meditation and actually market my writing better. Prod me to do it and I'll return the favor.

My brother’s house then the casino
2) What was your status on Valentine's Day?
blessedly single
3) Were you in school anytime this year?
I work there so…
4) How did you earn your money?
as a professor
5) Did you have to go to the hospital?
hello it’s ME we’re talking
6) Did you have any encounters with the police?
no
7) Where did you go on vacation?
didn’t
8) Did you buy anything over $1000?
does paying student loans count
9) Did you know anybody who got married?
half my family
10) Did you know anybody who passed away?
yes, in fact someone died today
11) Did you move anywhere?
I wish
12) What concerts/shows did you go to?
Diwali festival
13) Are you registered to vote?
for many many years
14) Who did you want to win Big Brother?
who the hell even watches this crap
15) Where do you live now?
the land of bones, no seriously, that’s what the Welsh called it because this part of Ohio sucks so hard

17) What's one thing you thought you'd never do but did in 2008?
nothing
18) What has been your favourite moment?
selling a short story
19) What's something you learned about yourself?
that I can learn to meditate and be less negative

January as usual when the student loans haunt me

I doubt I will

my co-workers

every night at the Haunted Theatre
