I still can't lift my left arm and it's still numb. Sleeping was extremely exciting and painful and well didn't much happen.

Considering going to urgent care after work. Bah

i think i am. It was funny in lab. I demonstrated the issue and asked okay so what nerve plexus did i impinge? they stared at me...nerve plexus?

Sounds like you better get your chiro to put back what you pushed out of place. That'll fix that right away. I would so have been in Dr. Shaffer's office almost instantly if that had happened to me.

Seriously though, that sounds really painful and I hope they can get you sorted quickly. I'm currently in PT for tendonitis in my shoulder (am a dog groomer), and work/therapy is really tough lately. Ugh.

when the pain crept into my jaw and it began to spasm I hied my butt to the hospital (our urgent care and ER share a triage)
