faculty appreciation day

nothing like dinner at a winery. But hello fellow faculty members quit saying 'hey finish off this bottle Dana so we can get a new one' then pour it into my glass. I was half crocked before dinner. I really like this winery's wine.

Then one coworker gave me an Indian dessert to take home. I think she wants to adopt me, probably because I have an honest interest in her culture (she's my mom's age give or take a few years). She wants me to go to India with her some day. Is considering it.

brought home three bottles of wine (two in glass, one in my belly) good night. too bad it was a touch cold.
