1. Cry Even as horror after horror paraded past Hawkeye while the war wages on, Roy notices she never allows herself to cry.
2. Brief All of their times alone in public are pitifully brief.
3. Flirt Roy used to hate when Riza would flirt with him growing up, her father's threats to his body parts ringing loud in his ears.
4. Promote Riza knows she has to promote a sense of order at the office because it's not Mustang's nature.
5. Near When she leans near to him to explain some pointless paperwork, Roy is unable to think of anything but her naked on his desk.
6. Angle Riza knows Roy is always playing some sort of angle that will benefit him.
7. Future Roy can't picture a future without Riza.
8. Bukkake Riza found his Xingese erotica prints and he had to explain to Teacher what bukkake was while dangling over the railing by his ankles.
9. Tar - Riza never let him forget the time he exploded the tar container in her father's lab all over his hair.
10. Rise Riza knew Roy's rise to the top needed tempering by her calmer sensibilities.
11. Favourite His ability to remember all of her favorite things impressed Riza.
12. Eel Riza knew Roy liked to make her Xingese specialties but she needed to tell him eel, no matter how expensive a treat, was fishy and disgusting.
13. Clear Riza knows Roy hates clear days as much as she does because they reminded them of the easiest killing fields in Ishbal.
14. Bow For her birthday, Riza found Roy naked on her bed with a bow tied lightly around her 'gift.'
15. Libra "Maybe you're just dumb because Daddy says you should have figured out what 'Libra' means in that journal by now," seven-year-old Riza informed her father's apprentice.
16. Saying Roy wasn't much on sayings and proverbs but there was one saying he always promised her; he wouldn't make her follow to places she just couldn't bear to go.
17. Ocean He promised her one day they would see the ocean together.
18. Biology He memorizes the cycles of her biology so he'd knew what time of the month not to aggravate Riza.
19. Lull The nights they had time to be lulled to sleep in each other's arms were too few.
20. Gilt He remembered distinctly the time he cut his finger on a gilt-edged page of an old journal and Riza kissed the wound better.
21. Tussle On playful nights, their battle-scarred bodies tussled for dominance in the sheets.
22. Brawl Roy had wanted to get into an all-out brawl with Kimbley over his harsh words to Riza.
23. Night He loves the night because it gives him cover to slip over to her place.
24. Cornflakes If Riza had one fault, Roy decided it was her cooking abilities: She couldn't even make cornflakes right.
25. Cacophony Some nights, when the terrors of Ishbal return, the cacophony his screaming makes wakes Roy up and he is grateful she is not sleeping next to him.
26. Moderate Watching Roy goofing around with Maes, Riza doubts either of them know the meaning of the word moderate.
27. Dome Once in Ishbal, he had built her a dome of rock and together they hid from the world for just a little while.
28. Karma After Ishbal, the idea that karma could be real terrifies them both.
29. Earth He'll never forget the heart wrenching sight of her digging in the earth to bury that Ishbalan child.
30. Harm Sometimes, when he looks at her and remembers the harm he did to her back, he runs from the room to go get sick.
31. Mass He tackled the mass under the covers, kissing it, thinking it to be Riza and came away with a mouthful of dog fur.
32. Gum Watching Riza threatening Fuery if he didn't stop cracking his gum was enough to make Roy hard.
33. Breathtaking She is now and always has been the most breathtaking woman he has ever known.
34. Holster He knows its wrong but there was something sexy about the way Riza strapped on her holster.
35. Trust They trust each other with their lives.
36. Area Riza knew the area of skin just over his ribs was delightfully ticklish.
37. Cunt Roy spent three days in the stockade for beating up the soldier in Ishbal who had called Riza a heartless cunt.
38. Fencing While Teacher had made him learn fencing, the kind Roy liked best was with tongues, preferably when Teacher was far away from home and had no idea what his daughter was up to.
39. Lunch It kills her to see Roy sit down for lunch in the canteen and everyone at the table pick up and go because they're afraid of alchemists.
40. Varnish Once when he and Maes had been obnoxiously drunk and passed out on her floor, Riza had varnished their finger and toe nails in brilliant red.
41. Cold She appears cold to others but Roy knows that it's only a mask.
42. Capricorn "Capri…what?" Roy scowled over his alchemy journal at the young girl sharing the library with him. "Your dad is making up crap words again."
43. Forfeit He knows if he abuses his power, Riza will make sure his life is forfeit.
44. Acme She even makes Acme army boots sexy to him.
45. Informal They have to be content with their informal lives because at the moment, they can never be seen in formal settings together.
46. Tangle Their limbs tangle together as they lie in bed, gloriously exhausted.
47. Shock The first sight of Riza's back shocked him to his core.
48. Nickel It was only a nickel ring he had gotten at the thrift store to give to Riza for her tenth birthday but to children who had barely broken into double digits, it might as well have been platinum and diamonds.
49. Bead He licked beads of moisture off her hot skin.
50. History Their history was so tragic it often brought people to tears to hear it.
