Thank the heavens it finally cooled off

I've had more than enough of summer. We can go into fall any time now. My dishydrotic eczema (a condition that makes my skin bubble up and split open) is terrible this year and the heat rashes are back all over so that's fun. I sat around with the rack of baby back ribs i took out of the freezer and rammed down my shirt to cool me down before I puked.

But now it cooled off and I am most happy.

I am also most tired. I still have WAY. TOO. MUCH shit at my grandmother's so today Mom and I went down and i threw out tons of it and then lugged up four file boxes. I only made it through one. God, why am I KEEPING this crap. I think i hit 40 and realized, honestly I don't need this shit. Some of it I had because it was research stuff from the pre-internet days but it's no longer relevent. Out of just ONE box I had an entire half a black trash bag full of recyclable paper. I'll go thru the other cardboard file box tomorrow or the next day and the two in plastic file boxes can come with me to be emptied on my porch. I know one has all my Cauldron (a shared universe) issues in it that I'll need to copy for evil_little_dog (time to go look up that anthology market...)

Sorry to hear about your eczema coming out i know a few people with that and they tell me it's very itchy some times they scratch so much the skin peels off. I have it but on my back and lord knows i spend crazy money on back scratchers on a daily basis.

Some days it hot out here other days it's just thundering and raining i don't know which i resent more the sun or the rain go figuire?

whenever the temp gets above 75. It's a form of eczema that causes me to make extra skin. it looks like it's boiling. doesn't itch but it does rip open and it's like having hangnails all over my hands and feet.

i only mind the rain when it's damp and cold
