“I think it’s a three,” Detective Albert said, staring at the blood smear half hidden by the rear end of an SVU.

“No, it’s an S if you look at it from this angle.” Kate squatted next to the corpse.

“Smell that bleach. The bastard killed this guy in his own home then washed away a message the guy scrawled with his own blood.”

“If we’re lucky, the garage floor isn’t sealed and we can lift the message.” There were days Kate really wished all the bad guys were the ones Angel hunted; the kind you could kill and forget.

I was a little worried about you when I saw the title for this entry not realizing it was a fic. XD I totally forgot about Kate and how cool she was. I loved that you mixed real life with it. Hell, I love how you always make fantasy realistic.

I liked Kate. I really would have liked her as a lover for Angel but they brought her in too fast, too soon after Buffy.
