All of these snippets are all from the scenes I wrote for every one of these prompts. Somehow I forgot a comma and got two prompts in one so I did both. I hope you enjoy all the snippets from my fantasy The Poison Garden

Wrath Rage - "If there is a problem, leave me to fight them off," Camristy didn't look at her.

She couldn't fathom what he was feeling, surprising herself with the desire to know.

Honor the Darkness - We Kalan honor the darkness." Camristy turned, looking back toward the city. gaslights twinkled, stabbing into the night, fending off the dark. "It is a time of restoration. I have no real experience in leading the prayer.

Ritual - Tenaldi quieted and watched Lati begin her ritual. She clasped her hands over Camristy's blood caked cheeks. She shut her eyes.

Harvest - "Sorry, Cam. This is for your own good, probably won't hold you for long but maybe we won't need long. The Harvest of Sleep should keep you asleep for a long time."

Scythe - Camristy rounded one of the mages, swinging the scythe. It bit into the woman's throat and blood sprayed so far Tenaldi couldn't believe it.

Home & Hearth - Tenaldi snagged a branch of juniper off the herb table and set it on the mantle while he laid wood in the fire place. Once he had the fire going, he tossed in the fragrant branch with a prayer to the Mother Goddess. That done he went to the front door while Camristy took one of the chairs close to the fire.

Salt - "Mmm, tell me, is the salt right? I'm never sure."

"That's because you love salt and put it on everything." Solan sipped the soup. "It's perfect."

Souls - The phallic pole center in most of the passage graves reflected her light, showing its symbols, its entreaty to the Mother Goddess to look favorably on it and welcome the souls laid to rest here back to her heavens.

Spirits - "Do you believe in spirits?" Camristy cut up the slab of bacon so he could slip it into the cast iron pan on Tenaldi's stove.

Tenaldi grinned. "Of course. Why? Please don't tell me Anahira showed up again in your room and brought the honored dead with her."

Donate Food - "We're Clerics of Verni," Tenaldi said, surprising Solan by taking the lead. "We're here with donations of food from the townspeople."

"They knew that many merchants have been terribly inconvenienced by the downed trees," Solan said.

Offering - "Maybe you should make an offering to the gods for luck."

She scowled. "I'll leave that to you. I'll talk to the soldiers about trying to find a fishmonger in these parts. That should be a good cover."
.

Cake & Ale - Camristy nibbled on the sweet fruit studded cake that he had smuggled away from the pub and taken upstairs to his bed room. He probably shouldn't have done it but they were so good. the ale at the pub had blunted their sweetness but now they were the perfect before bed snack.

Herbs - Camristy stood in the work shop sniffing the air which was heavily perfumed with a riot of herbs and flowers and roots.

Last Harvest - His gaze came to the rest on the ripe tomatoes on the counter in her kitchen. He arched his eyebrows.

"How do you have those? the last harvest was months ago. Is that some of your magic?"

Joy - Berry biscuits with a wide swath of sweet butter came with them. Camristy set the strong beer aside so he could enjoy the sweetness of the food

Divination - Anahira smiled. "Ah, and someone divines the heart of the problem. I am the final goal. I have not given out true blessings like yours in decades my son."

energy - Tenaldi dropped his head back against the wall. "I'm just worn out. Unless you know a spell to give me energy."

Camristy spread his hands. "No spells of any kind."

Honor the dead - Tucked on shelves carved into the rock were clay pots bearing remains. Some even had jewelry, weapons and tools, the latter two in miniature, resting next to the pots in honor of the dead

Iron they were using wooden practice swords instead of cold iron and he proved to be stiffer than a statue.they were using wooden practice swords instead of cold iron and he proved to be stiffer than a statue.

Storytelling Tabern held out a hand to his wife, giving it a gentle squeeze. Together their hands shook. "Tenaldi have you ever heard of the legend of the heartbroken warrior?"

Gourd - It was a ceramic drum that looked like a gourd had children with a vase. While the water warmed, Tenaldi sat and started to play.

Spell - The bird landed on his shoulder, freezing him into place. The wildness in his eyes made Solan ready a spell to bind him.

Feast - “So you’ve been out on an adventure,” Tenaldi’s mother said, balancing a tray of food on one arm as she played bar maid. She set a bowl of onion ale soup in front of Tenaldi then another before Camristy.

Wine - "You have to tell me all about this new man your boy found in his gardens." Zubro swirled his wine then quaffed it in an unrefined move.

Bonfire - He felt the heat of the bonfire. His head ached insanely and his throat throbbed under the terrible collar that had been clipped back around his neck.

Wow!
