Got woke up early on my late morning day (i only work afternoons on friday) by princess cruise line fraud alert. I called them back (since I won't take credit card calls in fear of phishing.)

Someone stole my identity. I THINK what they stole were those god damn credit card checks that I get all the time. I DID learn you can opt out of those today and did so. They racked up @ 1,000$ at Speedways (a convienence mart) and autozone. Ironically that card was locked away at home since I had ran it up myself more than I wanted to so i took it out of my wallet. Luckily the charges didn't go thru and the card is being replaced but tonight I must go look at all my other cards just in case my entire identity has been hacked (good luck with that people I'm so in debt you can't even GET new credit cards in my name)

So far it's just raining here. Since I was up early I ran to town to get my pills and stock up. I have candles (even more. I must have 30 candles at this point), and lots of food I can eat cold. a couple pizzas (i'll bake them off immediately when I get home) rotissiere chicken, bread PB&J etc. I hope I'm set

Identity theft is the worst! It happened to me not too long ago, but with my debit account somehow, and caused me months of troubles. I hope it gets resolved quickly for you!

Good to hear. :) Glen and I are still sick today, though I don't feel like I'm running a fever so far. Just achy and a tad nauseous, fuzzy-headed with headache and tired/sluggish.

Oh, I hate those credit checks. I tear them up thoroughly before I toss them, but I wish they wouldn't send the damned things. I'll have to see about opting out of them too.

i don't know anyone who does like them. I've never used them except once (and I shouldn't have DONE that either. 15 years later I'm still kicking myself over that splurge)

I bought my shredders jsut for them. But yes, give your cards a call and say hey, can we stop this. Wish I had known it was that easy

I've had it happen a lot. Maybe 5-6 times now? It's always the same card because I only use that specific card for internet purchases (the other card is for in store only, and then the business card). Of course the number gets changed each time it's stolen, but obviously people are grabbing the number from the web somehow. They've always been very good about clearing it up right away, thankfully. People suck.

Wow. Just wow. So far, my only instance of having my identity mixed up in any way has been because I'm a twin and people keep thinking I'm my sister. Rather annoying but nothing in the way of dangerous.

I'm...I'm just sorry that's happened.

If it makes you feel any better, I just got this completely crazy idea that I don't even know would be possible:

An alchemy accident (the timeline depends on who might write it, really) turns Roy back into a child and since Ed and Al have so much free time on their hands, so to speak, looking for the Stone and got into a lot less openly dangerous situations for the majority of the series, they end up taking Roy with them since it's not the same as the cat situation and, in the anime, at least, Roy has no family.

Riza wouldn't be able to for the obvious reasons. Gracia would have the crazy situation of having to explain Roy's photograph with Maes on the mantle, etc., as well as other mixed emotions regarding Roy, himself, and his team is his team. It's not like they can have a child in the dorms.

Based on the anime timeline, by the time everything got really crazy, Roy would be four years old and probably really adapt at hiding. Al would probably be responsible for that and maybe Roy could hide inside his armor unless it was damaged.

If it was later on in the timeline, Armstrong could ferry Kid!Roy to Resembool and he could grow up there where it's definitely safer.

But then there's the whole 'Winry living with the man who killed her parents, except that he's only a small child and not responsible for any of that and what sort of alchemy would he learn now and who would teach him since they're automail mechanics?'

Roy as a budding automail mechanic would be interesting...

If it happened because Roy was pulled through the Gate after Ed and Al jumped through, there could be something else interesting...

it was very simple with this company.I just said stop sending them. Youknow seriously the cost of mailing those things SHOULD make them happy you don't want them if you're not using them
