Progress one - finished Darker than Black. Boo...nothing left to look forward (it was so good) I know there's a second season but so many of the online sources are virus ridden...

Progress two - finished two scenes in Bigbang (now significantly over 30K) and am in the threesome trying to get sexors written

Progress three - my GP called me back. Apparently she got wind of her office playing me off when it came to getting an appt and not getting bloodwork ahead of time. My GP, unlike her staff, knows I'm a doctor, trusts me to know what tests I need. I have to go for a cat scan on friday (so the snow can be stopping now) i'll get the blood work then so i'll have it in place by tuesday. YAY

What I've been journaling about!

so apparently I whine about my stomach WAY too much. I have no idea what half of these refer to and there's an astonishing lack of reading/writing/anime pics

I'm trying to figure out the underwear fetish but realize that various characters have probably unhooked bras or tugged on panties enough in your fiction that....

well, you know.

that's what I'm assuming but i'm trying to figure out why they're all FEMALE. I've been doing so much male/male stuff

No clue. I did mine and...couldn't figure out around 60% of the images, even by clicking around. I finally DID get a single FMA image.

That's why I decided not to post it. My tags are kind of...coded for me, not for the general populace.

I couldn't figure out about half the pictures on mine, even after analyzing them from a "six degrees" standpoint. As for your stomach, I think it's okay to complain about any legitimate problem -- you haven't gone overboard, or complained about a problem that isn't real, and that's where true whining lies.

yeah i couldn't figure these out either

and thanks. I don't want to just complain and complain. people get worn out by that

I suppose there's a fine line between sharing your problems and *over* sharing your problems ... but considering my ongoing prostate situation, I'm hardly the person to complain about anyone else!

but that is something of real concern and I had no truobles with it. I'm thinking more of the people who's posts are nothing but how tired and sick they are every day for months if not years on end

That can be tiring, I agree. Some are just chronic complainers, but with most I think of it this way: When someone has a legitimate medical problem, no matter how minor it might seem to me -- it's plenty serious to them. When I think that way, I see that low level chronic back pain (as an example) or a bad head cold are just as miserable in their own way as prostate cancer.

there is that which is why i sit and listen. it's when the person takes no steps to help him/herself that I tune out

I'm with you on that.
