it's taking a toll

After coughing for two months (with a week of vomiting in between)I'm a mess. I have arthritis in my entire spine. All that jerking around has caused the spurs to dig into my nerves and into my muscles.I can handle the pain. Hell some times I barely even think about it except when trying to get up or sit down.

It's the numbness and weakness that are getting me down. My right leg is barely able to move. it goes out and I stumble. My legs dance around on their own when I sit. My arms are numb. my right cheek and lips are numb. If you're wondering why I'm making so many typoes lately it's because I no longer have the strength to hit the space bar and/or shift to capitalize.

this will pass. I'm going to therapy next week. Once I get to doing my exercises again it will pass but i need help with some of them since i can't really lift my right leg on my own. Kinda hoping they'll dump me into pool therapy...



My cousin (as in 80 y.o. something cousin) has cancer. he's been spending his time at my brother's physical therapy clinic talking to his nephew (my brother's boss). This week he learned the cancer is stage 5 spread throughout his body. It's only a matter of time. Which might have been today. He fell over at my brother's and quit breathing, no pulse. Brother and cousin got old cousin's heart beat back but we still don't know if he survived the trip to the hospital.


In happier news Kanda was Mr. Clingy this morning...not conducive to me getting ready for work. Today he and Ling were in for hours. We all camped out on the couch when they weren't eating each other's faces. Yes, I do have pictures. will post soon
