To all my friends who celebrate (and I almost used an image from a firework company because really, did anyone else know phantom fireworks has ecards?)
Have a wonderful holiday (and I want everything in this picture, just saying)
We celebrate christmas, but since a few on our family celebrate Hanukkah, we've gotten into the habit of celebrating it, if only for the food and epic dreidel battles.
We probably play with different rules than you do.
If you get a gimel, then the other players are allowed to grab away as much as they can before you steal it all. If no one notices you get a shin, then you don't have to do anything. You can steal other players things if they look away and you don't notice.
We play it this way because we are all dicks and it runs in the family.

I want some latkes. The thanksgiving posts made me want deep-fried turkey. I can see a pattern emerging here.
