my brother is home and feeling a bit better so that's good news.

Mom and I went out shopping today so that was relaxing

I'm getting really disturbed by Soul's increasing behavioral issues. he acts terrified of everyone

Jan - Happy Birthday to silvrethorn
Feb - First off I forgot my purse this morning and have to have all the doors unlocked for me.
March - it was really hurting
April - I'm going back after work
May - Time for the monthly book/dvd round up but first, check out some of my really cool pro writing news
June - Hope everyone’s Memorial Day was a good one (seems inappropriate to wish anyone a happy day).
July - Went to Ollie's today, an overstock store
August - yes my computer is still a very expensive paperweight
Sept - Did I mention that the idiot post office dropped my diabetic supplies 4 miles from my house to some guy?
Oct- but first things first. YAY It's October!!!
Nov - Since I can't really nano at work today have this instead
Dec - It bucketed down rain yesterday.

Is Soul acting terrified of you too? My Nikki was always afraid of anyone that came to the house and would disappear until they left (except for my dad, whom he loved).

yes he's MOST terrified of me. If i touch him, he'll hide for a day or more. He never did this at home.

Wasn't Soul the kitty you visually observed being driven to your complex and dumped out of a car which then drove off? That's not exactly the act of a loving family. I can't say as I blame him for being a little timid now. I was thinking about that when you mentioned that he'd been hiding for so long when you arrived at your G'ma's house. He was probably afraid from the car ride thinking the same thing was happening.

Glad your brother is better and out of the hosp - and cats seldom travel well. Hell, some of our dogs act like freakazoids when we take them with us. Phideaux used to hyperventilate and shake, refuse to eat, pee or crap - REAL fun during an evacuation order.

this is the first cat who didn't travel well. I've been lucky that way. Iktomi used to sit in the back deck of the car and look out the window. he loved going places. i miss him
