cornerofmadnessI had only just finished printing my test and sat back at my desk. The lights began to flicker so I looked out and saw it had gotten surprisingly stormy. Then boom. We dont' know if part of the heating/cooling unit caught fire from the wind/storm or if we had a power surge and then it caught but the lights went out for all over campus (turns out all of Rio went black). The whole building stank.
My computer won't turn on. I was hoping that it IS blown up to force them into giving me a new one. With my luck it's just not on the emergency power circuit.
I took the kids into the lab since it had windows and still made them take the test.

Right now the landlord's workers are here making an ungodly racket. can't wait to see what breaks
