be me apparently. Gah. I felt like such an ass at work the last two days. Yesterday I really felt like I was wasting a McGraw hill sale's rep's time. I've known her a few years now and I was just so very frustrated at work that I ended up telling her we might drop them for our biggest class. okay that's not a problem. she SHOULD know that it might come if they don't have what we need. Shouldn't have done it on a conference call. SIgh. Idiot. I did email back an apology.

Then I learned. I'M the one holding up the website. special. Apologized for that too. Got refreshed on how to work Joomla and hopefully by the end of next week i'll have my shit together.

I wore my double squash blossom necklace today and thought one of my students might die from sheer delight and envy. She did ask to see it up close and take a picture for her Native American friend. It IS a beautiful piece.

We got together after work. 2 bottles of wine later, I come home to find out Soul and Kanda stole their medicine and hid it (found it in the closet)

my stomach has decided to forget nausea alone and burn like it's eating it's way out of my abdomen. Wonders how sucky life might be without a stomach...

I considered just going to Columbus/Huntington/Athens tomorrow but let's see if i do more than go do laundry.

Also THANK YOU to [livejournal.com profile] bob_fish, [livejournal.com profile] enemytosleep & [livejournal.com profile] anat_astarte for giving me feedback on my original work (and to [livejournal.com profile] evil_little_dog who edits nearly everything of mine). I appreciate it and you.

Trinity Baptist. I don't believe it's used any more except for special occasions. I know during my tour here that there was something special about this old church but i asked around and no one remembers what

You're very welcome. :D

The church is waaaaay cool. Not as good as the lavender church in Lake Helen, but, you know.

You'd better get feeling better, woman.

Maybe you can call someone.

If/when you ever get back down here, we need to go to New Harmony and prowl around there. the Mill House is very interesting with its sad little ghosties.

Yeah, I went there for my cousin's wedding, and the ghosts were letting me know they were around.

I thought it was hysterical reading that the cats not only stole their medicine they HID it on you. They definitely have some firm opinions about that medicine! *giggling*

Hmmm...when was this church built? Is it the first one on that site? What was there before the church?

they definitely have strong opinions on their medicine

It would be interesting to find out though. I have a feeling you'll uncover something.

Medicating cats can be lots of fun.

No problem, glad I can help when I've got the time to.

Haha, oh god, that's terrible. I'm so sorry. I don't blame you for going for the two bottles of wine!

Oh, I love squash blossom necklaces; I've never found one I liked that I could afford -- all the cheap ones are so tacky, and the good, beautiful ones cost what they're worth (alas).

Nifty church.
