I hear ya', its not snowing here yet but its bloody baltic, and the past few days we've had fog, that's freezing, all day, I was out running earlier and thought my lungs were going to explode from cold air.

:) yea, that's what it means, I have no idea how cold it gets in the Balklans but here in Eccosse, we are are under the impression its very cold and therefre when its cold here, we says "It's Baltic".

Now we can all go bed having learned something today. :)
