haven't done this up in a while

1. help japan story for seatbeltdrivein DONE go see what Kimbley does to Roy

2. help japan story for marlex still stalled

3. help japan story as jana for winters_queen random scenes need to sit down and get the plot going

4. help the south story - nearly forgot about it. has ideas. it's star trek. if anyone wants to btainstorm with me please do

5. help the south as jana, using one of the names i was given story is started, now to keep my interest up for it, vacation anthology is its hopeful designation, vacation stories not my norm

6. 3 fma slashfest stories - started the first two since they're due week one, they should be easy enough

7. fma ladyfest i'm doing a day in sciezka's life. brain storming wanted. this one is killing me

8. finish Splinters of Silver and Cold Iron my YA with werewolves, seers and bad fae, next chapter won't b due until oct thanks to a long hiatus but i want it done before then

9. blow the dust off hyperion's son and finish


10. get working on the Demon Hunter holiday story. i've started it, okay Temple started up sexy times under his partner's desk

wonders where nano summer went, must be a no go or in August

i'm having issues with these help whoever stories. i think i get so worried whoever bought it will be disappointed and my muse freezes up

You're not the only one that was worried about the help whoever stories. I was worried you wouldn't like your help_japan story, so I was relieved when you said you like it. XD; Bleh, now I'm worried evil little dog won't like her help_japan story. D:

Your ladyfest story is a day in sciezka's life? Sounds interesting. I can help you brainstorm it if you would like. We can do that either by PM or email, though I prefer email.

7. Oh man. Like I said to you over PM, this is a tough one because Sciezka's so quiet. My first thought would be to bring Hughes in, but as I said again, he's such a limelight-hogger that the risk is that he'd take the focus away from Sciezka, which is not ideal given it's Ladyfest. My humble suggestion is maybe reread a bit of havocmangawip's work. She does such a fantastic job of fleshing out Sciezka and what she might be all about. Also, because she doesn't tend to write Sciezka POV then there's less danger of feeling like you're retreading her stuff in your own story.

I'm doing Pinako for ladyfest. My prompt is 'day in the life' but I've decided there has to be some kind of mini-plot I can bunny myself up for. Maybe deciding on a situation for Sciezka to deal with, problem to solve, etc. would also help give you a seed to work from?

already spoke yo havocmangawip and she had not much in the way of suggestions for this. i doubt i;d retred much/ i have no interest in this character really.

you and i have the same prompt differnt characters. i think i know what she's doing, finding the stuff that gets maes killed (but set before that happens)

Actually I was thinking more that havocmangawip makes Sciezka pretty interesting and engaging, so if you're struggling to get interested in her then a reread of a few bits of WIP might help bunny you up?

Yes, lots of minor character slice of life prompts. It can be a tough way into a character who only has a thumbnail sketch in canon, unless it's a character who really bunnies you. If I'd got Rebecca slice of life it would be done by now.

yeah Rebecca would be easier. it's not like Sciezka is too far from me. i should be able to do this. i need to get first anime sciezka out of my head. i didn't like her
