The plea for vote for me

I'm fairly sure I've already mentioned this one. The Bedtime story awards are open for voting so I'd love a vote or two (If you can figure out where the voting link is that is because I can't seem to see it...)

And the Sunnydale Memorial Awards are open for voting so I'd appreciate a vote there too (and for once I'm only up against like one person on my flist instead of the whole bloody thing and I voted for her)

 

And give me the strength not to strangle my regular readers who feel compelled to read pairings of mine they hate and BITCH about the characters. If you don't like the characters, just skip that story. How hard is that?

Are you taking about that wacko-Lindsey lover? Because I am so tempted to write her and tell her the reason Angel killed off her precious in the show is because he said, HE SAID that if there was a power vaccumm at W&H he'd happily take over and use it for evil. If he had shown the least bit of remorse or repentance, Angel wouldn't have put him down.

And that's the difference between Lindsey and Faith.

Yes that's the one. I missed that episode so that explains a lot. I love Lindsey actually and like I said, usually she gives me good reviews and then asks for Lindsey. Lately, it's just complaining. I took care of it(prehaps) today and suggested that she could skip my story if she didn't like the pairing. It's NOT like it's a surprise. It says at the beginning what the story is about.

From the very last episode of Angel (no, say it ain't so) where Angel asks Lindsey to help take down the Black Thorne:

ANGEL:
'Cause it's not what I'm expected to do. 'Cause you're good in a fight. And let's say we come up rolling 7s and this does go our way. We tear up this firm, someone's going to have to step in. I know that's what you want. Now, I'm a lot more comfortable with the thought of you in that position than anyone else.

LINDSEY:
The devil you know.

ANGEL:
That'd be you.

I mean, Lindsey is clearly still a bad guy. He's just arrogant enough to think that Angel will let him live anyway.

Thanks. That last episode was so bad I was only half listening to it and nearly went blind reading it. But yeah after redeeming Lindsey they did a total 180 with him which really torqued me off.

That said, it's not my fault that ME did that and some of my stories following canon closes (as others do not) and it just depends on which story you chose to read in order to find me reviving dead characters

I was reading the reviews for a couple stories you posted and kept thinking it would be funny if you wrote a story similar to "Drop Dead Fred" about a certain character that keeps getting mentioned by a reviewer, just to see what reaction you'd get.

My understanding is that you like that character though, and I guess it would also be slightly mean. And take time and what not. So maybe that wasn't a good idea.
