This is the first time I've been in a theatre since HP and the Half Blood Prince...wow. Yeah I'm just not a movie goer.
I am at least happy that Netflix let me dump the streaming video off my account and now my in-mail dvds are cheaper than what I had been paying for it. I know Blockbuster is trying to capitalize on the pissed off Netflixers but I am STILL bitter over all the mistreatment I had at BB's hands. If they were all there was, I'd go PPV on my satellite.
Speaking of disappointing products, Trader Joe's frozen palak paneer, the spinach smelled and tasted fishy and there was no spice. the only good part of it was the paneer which i fished out of the unpalatable mass of green.
I had one student miss half the first week of class. He was 2 questions away from a perfect test (he's an art major so listen up art/english majors who try that as an excuse...) I had 4 students who were there every day so far and scored under 40% on test one. ah, that's the way to do it.
Several people have asked me in recent months to read two of my older stories and when
bay115 asked tonight I realized that I had never linked chapter to chapter in these and it was a pain in the ass to find them in memories which might be why there are no comments from the new people who did ask. I have now linked them all up which was a job of work let me tell you.
Once I discovered the manga I wrote very little first anime stories and almost nothing post CoS since I hated it. These two are exceptions, a desperate attempt to make myself happier about that OVA (before we knew that FMA:B would exist). Anyhow, I still (and I think some of the people who read my stuff) think they were good stories. Here they both are (I was thinking about my next big bang being in this universe which brought this up.)
Source of Sorrow This is the first of them. Roy needs to pull his head out of his butt over the whole running away north crap and yes he survives the balloon ride...
Sorrow’s Dark Array The second story. It is independent of Source but characters from Source reappear here. This is a novel, just saying. This deals with Roy et al but also Ed and Al on Earth.

it's hard picking out which of these i want to show here
