More Holiday Fic

This time I have something for spikegrrl1  who asked for something with the father/son relationship and since I didn't have time to start a whole new story, here's another chapter in the story that will only be done so long as I have friends to write gifts for. So, hope you all enjoy the next chapter of Leaning on the Edge of E.  As you'll probably remember this is the Post NFA story where Connor goes back to help Angel and company. We last left off with Connor in the hospital after being injured. This takes place a few days afterward.

Now that I can access forever fandom, I can read your stories. Loved this chapter. Love the survivors, and love that Angel and Connor are connecting. I think his parents' reaction may be in character. Good job.

Very, very sad for Connor. Although my favorite part was when he realizes how little he knows about Angel and how eager Angel is to share with him. That was the part that got to me the most.

Thanks for the input. Actually your favorite part will be the rest of the thrust of the story and the reason for the title. Their relationship is running on empty and realizing they're leaning on the edge of E they take off on a road trip to find out about each other

Yay, bonding!
I love their moments in your fics, and especially in this chapter. However, I find it hard to believe the fake family reacted the way they did. But I guess since we don't know them too much, nobody can claim OOC since there is barely any real depth to them anyhow.

True. And face it, you have irrefutable proof that your 'son' is a demon magnet. Would you not do anything to protect your more vulnerable daughter and yourself. After all people can run your son over with a van and not hurt him.
