Up, Up and Away

I leave for the airport in an hour. So far it's bright and beautiful here, frigid but beautiful. I looked out the door this morning and there were three different sets of paw prints leading to my door and snowy prints on the door itself, like tiny prays of 'let us in!' You kinda feel bad for the critters. It was like twelve below or something discounting the 20 m.ph. winds. (I think that's -24C for my non-US friends) I'd be begging to get in too.

It's snowing in PA so if I don't get stranded in Milwaukee I'll be happy. Woke up in a panic at 5AM thinking my luggage is still too heavy (i.e. Dana's obsessive/Compulsive behaviour needs those meds she can't afford) so I rearranged again. Yes it's heavy but damn it it only has 4 sweaters and 3 pairs of pants and two sets of shoes. Why is it so heavy. So, I put more in my carry on (which I'll be lucky to move after this). Wish me luck.

And at 3 AM I get woken up by Connor telling me he knows the perfect story for Kristi's birthday and I need to start it now! Why won't characters let me sleep? She doesn't even like you Connor now shut up. He assures me the story is actually B/A and it's set in Vegas so what's not to love?

I don't care what he says this story has to wait until after the Secret Santa one is done. At least I'll have something to do on the plane and in BIlly Mitchell while I wait for my connector.
