Sweet justice

cornerofmadnessIt was a slow night (sundays usually are). I got photos. I don't know if they came out since I can't really see them well on the back of the camera viewer. The justice comes in with a larger group we broke in two. Mom and her friends went first, yelping and screaming. From the waiting line, you hear her son screaming 'hahahaha mom, you're such a chicken' I got this boy so many times. I didn't realize the last time, Leo (the guy who makes the mazes and knows them well) was stalking them from the other side when I tapped on the wall. (that's it tapped on the wall), Boyo shrieked, ran through the wall and nearly over me, careened back into the maze taking down another wall. Snort. Two board of directors for the French Art Colony came through tonight but the poor old ladies spent most of the time just plain lost.
I did find out that there has been more going on at the apts than I knew. One was an incident with one dog who charged a kid and I guess the owner was nasty about it. Turns out his ex has kidnapped their daughter so he's on edge (one neighbor said that's no reason to be nasty to us, we all have problems. true but WE don't have a kidnapped child). Mostly it's the two new people who are the troublemakers and they naturally didn't attend the meeting, well the wife of one did, crying and saying don't blame me for HIM. BUT someone here has been keying cars and slashing tires. There are only 12 of us. It's pretty easy to figure out who it is so thelandlord is putting in cameras. Someone slashes my tires it is on. I will prosecute your ass.
Found out my uncle is dying (granddad's brother). He's in the same assisted living home as grandma. I've been saying all summer his symptoms sound like bladder cancer. No nothing's wrong. Now he's coughing. He has lung cancer and there was s tumor in his bladder. Yeah, just like I said. I am very good as a diagnostician. He doesn't want treatment (he is in his 90's) so he'll probably only have weeks to live. Sigh.

I'm sorry to hear about your uncle, but I understand why he'd opt out of chemotherapy. Chemo sickness is a high price to pay for a few more months of old age. I hope he goes gently, and as painlessly as possible.
