A moment of quiet thanks for the Veterans

A thank you to my father, my uncles and to all those veterans who have given service and even their lives to our country.

Thank you to Uncle Al who was buried today and to the veteran's hall who hosted the post-funerary activities.

Indeed a big thanks to our veterans. A classmate and friend of mine from university was at Iraq for a bit and a co-worker's brother was over there too.

Dad is Viet Nam era and I, had my plans worked, would have been in the air force durnig desert storm but things went awry
