Christmas Eve

Okay it's a little early but for some reason my brother will be here any minute. I've got the veggies roasted and the prime rib is doing its thing. The wine is chilling and I'll put the butternut squash ravioli on a little later.

We celebrate Christmas tonight with those two, and tomorrow with another leg of the family and another branch on Monday.

I got a card from aaronlisa, it's really neat.

Merry Christmas! Enjoy the prime rib and ravioli and veg and chilled wine. We're at my parents with four grumpy cats (two of ours and two of theirs). Just made some chestnut stuffing for tomorrow's turkey, and about to have dinner. \o/

Chestnut stuffing is tasty!

Christmas pudding takes hours; I can give you a good recipe if you ever want one (ditto hard sauce, which is essentially butter icing with brandy in it :D).
