cornerofmadnessIt came down like mad. It's beautiful out there. Granted it might make it bitch driving home tomorrow (or make me put it off another day)
I did get some stuff down. Finished one lecture, started another, got all the tenure info into a package. Got most everything packed up and ready to put in the car. Even found time to get my hair colored (the usual shade nothing exciting)
Found an open call I wanted to tell you all about. It's for an Icarus themed anthology. All profits will go to Doctors without Borders. It's a charity I am very fond of so I'm passing the word along. There doesn't seem to be much info available yet. (some of you will be seeing this twice)
one day i'll get the photos up and share them but I'm still racing around like a headless chicken.

yuukihikari (though I'm unable to remember if i sent one...) Speaking of those cards...Want to do something good as you put away the holiday items? St Jude's recycles Christmas cards (they can also use birthday and other holiday cards). They CAN NOT use American Greeting, Disney or Hallmark cards. Use those cards as tos & froms next year and whip the back of the cards into the recycler. For the price of a little postage you can help kids with cancer and keep the cards from adding to the piles of waste. check it out here
