these dreams

I had a weird dream last night that was one long continuous one with differing parts. I dreamt I was living next door to this really good pub/restaurant and my parents and brother came to visit and we ate there. Dad was thrilled, declaring it his new hang out (odd since he didn't live near me in this dream), we were served four courses but odd ones. I forget the appetizers but the main meal was hot dogs (chili ones) and some kind of brautwurtz that looked pretty much like engorged penises but fatter than your usual braut (I hate brauts so why this would excite me I do not know). We were also supposed to get endless chili and dessert but neither of those materialized though our enthusiasm for the place was undimnished.

then they were gone and I was put out because I was going to have sex (with whom I don't know. boy toy? myself? who the hells knows) and the restaurant was partially open to all my rooms and there was no privacy so I left and then the world looked somewhat post apocalyptic/we've been conquered and I met up with my bff from college and a pack of children. We were trying to guide them somewhere. We were in a store that sold what looked like wall hangings made from millefiore glass and everything kept shaking.

I asked if they were exploding things in the mines below the town but the snotty clerk/overlord kept downplaying it and pretending we had nothing to worry about. SA and I both knew this was a lie so we tried to hurry the kids along without looking like we were but i woke up before anything else can happen
